Mobile Adaptive Procedure is a complete set of flexible
services that could be adapted to existing scenarios with the aim to facilitate (on the move
too), the work for civil servants in two main ways:
a) Providing shortcuts to common practices, one stop shop and procedures
b) Capitalising the experience among the working team transforming them in “practices”
The whole service is provided through the extensive use of semantic analysis of users talk.

and retrieval phases.
